Raena focuses on business-to-business (B2B) e-commerce, providing a platform for beauty resellers through its mobile app, primarily in the Indonesian market. During this 3-month internship, I worked on mobile app UI/UX design and website development for Raena. My responsibilities include identifying user experience problems, creating user interface (UI) mockups and prototypes, and developing websites.
During the course of my internship, I worked on multiple new features, all of which go through a similar process.

I created user interface designs for a multitude of app features, but I will just be highlighting the main ones here. I learnt to design from a business and revenue perspective, making decisions based on the sales analysis and aiming for high conversion rate.
I designed a new Brands page for easier brand discovery and search by resellers. This gave me insight on the structure of e-commerce platforms' brand and product display.
I worked closely with the UX strategist to bring in a new gamification feature into the app. I designed this feature with the aim of increasing retention and encouraging user actions.
I was entrusted with the important task of designing a better representation of Raena's unique tier pricing system. I got the chance to discuss the design decisions with various stakeholders.
Working at Raena has equipped me with a good set of hard and soft skills.
I got the chance to work with many different tools for development, project management, and UI/UX design.
